We are a team of professionals with years of experience supporting autistic people and people with learning disabilities and mental health conditions. With the right care and support, we help people carry out their day-to-day activities with as little inconvenience as possible.
Our mission
Our aim is to create a comfortable, friendly environment where people can use their potential, make their own decisions and live independently — a quality of life that promotes positivity and wellbeing. We make sure the people we support are comfortable with our services, and we actively encourage families and loved ones to be involved in planning care.
Our philosophy
We believe challenges can become strengths, and that people with autism or a learning disability can study, work and pursue their ambitions when given professional support. We provide the motivation, encouragement and practical help to make that possible, and we back people to expand what they think they are capable of.
Every person has their own requirements and preferences, which is why support is never delivered from a template. We take the time to understand someone’s interests, needs, strengths and vulnerabilities so the support is right for them. A friendly, respectful attitude makes a real difference to someone’s health and wellbeing, so we recruit only genuinely caring staff — people who help others build confidence and communication skills, and who recognise that everyone has something unique to offer.
