Complaints Procedure

How to raise a concern, and how we’ll respond.

We are committed to providing high-quality care and support. If something has gone wrong, or you are unhappy with any part of our service, we want to know so that we can put it right and improve.

How to make a complaint

You can raise a concern with any member of our team, or contact us directly by phone on 0117 244 7423 or by email at enquiries@afenihealthcare.co.uk. You may also write to us at our registered office address.

What happens next

  • We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days.
  • We will investigate fully and fairly, keeping you informed throughout.
  • We aim to provide a full response within 28 days, and will explain any delay.
  • We treat all complaints confidentially and without prejudice to your care.

If you’re still not satisfied

If you are not happy with our response, you can escalate your complaint to the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman, or to the Care Quality Commission (CQC) as the regulator of care services. We will provide their contact details on request.
