What happens next
- We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days.
- We will investigate fully and fairly, keeping you informed throughout.
- We aim to provide a full response within 28 days, and will explain any delay.
- We treat all complaints confidentially and without prejudice to your care.
If you’re still not satisfied
If you are not happy with our response, you can escalate your complaint to the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman, or to the Care Quality Commission (CQC) as the regulator of care services. We will provide their contact details on request.
